Who can place an order?
As far as today digital everywhere delivers items to private customers or companies which resides in the European Union as well as in Switzerland and Norway.

Sales Taxes (VAT)
The prices you find on our web shop are normally including the Sales Taxes (VAT, 20% accordingly to Austrian regulation). If you are a business customer you can entry your UID Number and your order will be qualified for tax-free export within the European Union. Please take care that the entered UID require a formal verification and this can produce a request of further information about your company before processing the order.

Shipping costs
Shipping cost will be charged to you. Normally we ship ordered items per ordinary post. Sometimes we can use different methods depending on your order or location but this doesn't affect the costs we will charge to you. In the following table you find the shipping cost ( including taxes) that will be charged to you for the shipment to your location.

Austria - Zone 2: 9,90 Euro
Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia - Zone 3: 12,90 Euro

A far as today you can choose between two payment methods:
Bank transfer in advance
In the first case you will be informed per email about our bank connection to transfer the fund. Please take care that your order will not be processed until the transfer has been verified (depending on the country where you live it can last even a week).
If after 14 working days your transfer has not been verified, your order will be cancelled and you receive an email to inform you of the cancellation.
Paypal
Paypal is a very popular payment method that insure you a very easy, safe and absolutely free method to pay on the internet.
Paypal support any major credit card. You even don't need to have a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. If you choose to pay with Paypal your payment will be verified online and your order will be processed quicker.
Please be aware that payment per Paypal will not be accepted for business customers.

Normally an order is processed within the first two working days from the confirmation of your payment.
